Simlishe Welt aka World of the Sims has created a new Beach House. It costs only about 17,000 Simoleons and it’s fully landscaped but unfurnished. Warning: This lot contains hacks! Make sure to remove them with Sims2Pack Install Cleaner!
Josh has made new high-quality textures for Pegy’s hair (mesh included). I’m sure they’ll make your Sims feel special.
