I’ve just got to ask: has anybody been able to successfully download from this website?

I registered for an account to download this beautiful hair from the forum, but I keep getting an error message whenever I try to download something. It says I must be logged in to download, yet the top of the website shows me to be logged in! About half of the site isn’t in English, so I’m very confused. :/

every time i try to download the hair it takes me to a white page with a lot of numbers and letters. HELPPPPP!!!
