Spring4Sims – The Best Finds, Downloads & Hints for Your Sims

Holy Plumbob, I’ve just found the place where my crystal will go platinum! Now this beach house is something I would call a paradise. I want one. So much! And if I won’t get this one, I might get the five next ones that should be uploaded soon.

I love clothes that don’t look too photoskinned (not sure if these are at all – probably the jeans only), that have some nice textures and look original. I think I’ve just found them and thought you might like to download them.

Well, condoms are on of those things that Sims actually don’t need to own, but still they’re very important. They’re like towels – they don’t use them, but still need them to hang in their bathrooms. Thanks to strange_tomato for mentioning this download (hope she doesn’t mind the picture – it’s just awesome). This is such a fun download!

Lot comes unfurnished except for the kitchens, bathrooms and common areas. It’s uploaded as a residential lot so you can decorate to your taste. To change into an apartment lot, use the cheat: changeLotZoning apartmentbase. Please install with Clean Installer to see the full list of CC, and to remove anything you may not want. Many people love them, many hate them becasue of his arrongant tone. But if you’re a Dr. House TV Show fan, then you must get this Sim.

This house looks so beautiful! I would never manage to make such a wonderful roof, plus the shrubs and flowers are really nice.

Oh, cute new artworks! I’m getting very excited about The Sims 3, but mostly probably because I haven’t played any game for so long – not talking about Sims. It’s strange how much you can miss pixels and gibberish, isn’t it?

The characters seem much more detailed (I know that artworks are artworks, not in-game pic, I mean that in general) and much more fun. Hopefully, June 2nd will come soon! Click the thumbs to enlarge.

I think these posters are really well-made and have a great style! Perfect for old grungy houses or teens.
