Ice-Cream Truck by Fresh-Prince
This is my personal favorite of the day. Why? Well, if you’re a fan of MIKA, then you probably know what I have on my mind. The singer/musician has released his new EP recently and before he left California, he made a special gig for everyone for free. How did he give out the tickets? He had an ice-cream truck where he gave the tickets and some ice-crem away himself. It’s such a great and funny idea. The fans were so surprised!
I know, there are many haters of MIKA and I think it’s because he acts like a grown-up kid half the time, but in fact, I think he’s having a great time doing what he does – and I love to see that. As a person who loves music, no metter wheter I listen to Vivaldi, Louis Armstrong or Pink Floyd, I believe MIKA is the best of power-pop you can find out there. He brings so much joy and fun into my life, if you don’t have any of his albums, make sure to get them!
