Spring4Sims – The Best Finds, Downloads & Hints for Your Sims

Quick message for those, who’s been expecting a tool that would allow us to create new worlds (aka neighborhoods) in The Sims 3. From the official site:

Hope you’re guys happy, because I know many people lack a tool like this. Personally, I don’t like to create my own hoods. I’m too lazy and simply put–I don’t have time for that. But concearning other, I think the community will love it.

This is the coolest thing I’ve seen in a while! This rink can be set as transparent, so you can make your own floor and you can use your own fence. How cool is that?

The skate surface is recolourable; and also, I’ve included an invisible texture, so you can use any terrain or floor underneath. You may use any fence or half-wall around it or none at all. Your choice. At 5000$ – it’s a bargain!

Sims Urbania brings a new apartment lot with nice indoor pool and fitness center. It’s unfurnished, but nicely landscaped. Some CC included. What I love about it so much is the industrial feel it has. If you furnish it with modern furniture, it will be just outstanding!

Liana brings this time three new casuals for females. If there’s something I truly adore about them, then it’s the necklace with rose on the third one. I l-o-v-e it! I even wanted to buy one like that from Etsy.com, but I started buying Christmas presents already (yes, very early this year) so I couldn’t fit it in my wallet… But who knows, maybe I’ll be lucky and if not, then your females definitely are.
