Lincoln Lofts by Sims Urbania
Sims Urbania brings a new apartment lot with nice indoor pool and fitness center. It’s unfurnished, but nicely landscaped. Some CC included. What I love about it so much is the industrial feel it has. If you furnish it with modern furniture, it will be just outstanding!

i really love this! is this for the sims 2? and also, what expansion packs do i need for this to work in my game?? thanks in advance!

The author of the lot says she has all The Sims 2 expansion packs and a few stuff packs (H&M, Kitchens & Baths, Teen Stuff, Celebration SP’s). I think you’ll need all these to display the lot correctly, if you don’t have all of them, some objects might not show up etc. Just give it a try, it won’t blow up your game.
