World Adventures: Three New Pictures

One thing I have to admit I find very interesting about the new EP is the Egyptian architecture. It makes me WOW! I’d really like to know the people behind this part of the game, the art as such.

If you know something about art, you might have noticed that some paintings in TS2 and TS3 have been based on real paintings (Vermeer van Delft, Leonardo da Vinci, Vasilij Kandinskij, Monet, Lichtenstein, Piet Mondrain… and many more–I highlited paintings you might recognize in the game). And so are some of the monumental buildings in TS3–but it’s really not that easy to make things look realistic, I guess. I always wonder if EA Games have a team of art historians and architects to take care of this part… what do you think?
