Scoops Ice Cream Parlor by Sunni Sims
I scream, I scream, we all want ice-cream! Even Sims want some ice-cream, whether you believe it or not.
The Ice Cream Parlor includes a dining area, order counter, restrooms and kitchen. There are six 1-bedroom/1-bathroom apartments. Each is painted in neutral tones and unfurnished except for the kitchen and bath. This is only a community lot and the Apartment Life expansion is not needed to play it. To play it as an apartment you will need to add the AL doors and change the lot zoning.
