Modern Starter Houses by Pink Rabbit

Mackat has made a few really nice and cozy modern hoses that cost about §15,000. I don’t usually like big modern houses, because I suddenly feel very unconfortable about all that modern design, simple lines etc. (there are exceptions, of course), but these look quite warm to me. I wonder what my Sims will say about them.
