The Crazy Boycott of The Sims 3

We have some new drama in our community: the boycott of The Sims 3.

So, apparently some folks have become full of the glitches in The Sims 3 and have decided to boycott the game. They won’t buy any expansion packs or stuff packs, they won’t support the game in any way and they want EA Games to act–now! They also encourage others to write a few nice words to EA Games about how their games are full of crap.

Honestly, I get the point but it seems somewhat meaningless to me. Don’t get me wrong, I get a lot of bugs, too, but I don’t think that this kind of attitude will change something–if anything–for better.

As for me, I’m not joining. Are you?

TS3 Master Suite Stuff Cover Box & Loading Screen

I’ve been neglecting posts about new stuff packs and expansion packs, but I’m ready to do some follow-up now. I have to admit Master Suite Stuff is probably the least interesting stuff pack that EA Games has made to date, but of course, an addict like me must get it anyway. The release date for USA is January 24th 2012, for UK it’s January 27th 2012. I plan to buy it a little later after the release (pretty much depends on my budget right now). How about you, are you pre-ordering or just buying when it comes out?
