The Sims 3 Late Night is coming out on October 26th, are you going to get it right ahead? I plan to order it from Game.co.uk as soon as I get money which should be by the end of the month, yay! I’m also getting Fast Lane Stuff since I haven’t bought it when it came out. Now I only need to get my computer ready–reinstall Windows, install the previous games and save my ‘hoods… lots of work ahead of me, but I still can’t wait for Late Night and Fast Lane!
Things I love in Late Night:
Things I’m not so crazy about:
Just very shortly, here’s the link.
So, we hit the happening new town of Bridgeport in search of some bandmates and a low-ranking celebrity or two who’d be willing to rub off a little star power on us. Fortunately, finding prospective musicians is pretty easy in Late Night. One of the first “socials” (dialogue interactions) you can choose when meeting someone is to ask them to join your band. Within moments, we had a few eager beavers in our band, and we were all set to play a gig…which doesn’t happen until you get that happy phone call (and it can be a matter of in-game days before that phone rings, let us tell you).
Have you seen the new stuff for females in The Sims 3 Late Night? It looks so hot! I think the shoes are the best, though. And the underwear–is it really made by Maxis? I can’t believe they made something that sexy for the game.

Getting excited for TS3 Late Night? Me too! The expansion is coming out at the end of the month (October 29th) and some more info has been given on making bands with Sims. The whole concept is like a dream for me, because when I was a kid, I wanted to do music, no kiddin’. Luckily, I changed my mind and now remain singing and playing the guitar… for myself and those willing to listen.
Still, having a rock star in my game will be so much fun for me!
The Band career is flexible and full of possibilities in The Sims 3 Late Night. Buy one of four new instruments and your Sims can play in anything from a jazz band to a rock band. There’s a double bass, keyboard or piano, and a drum kit. Your Sims must learn to play an instrument first because really, what kind of band leader doesn’t know basic scales. Once they’ve gained some skill, it’s time to recruit band members.

The Sims 3 Late Night seems like a total must-have expansion pack. Vampires, new world, celebrity status your Sims can now gain, playing gigs with your band, muscles and breast sliders in Create a Sim, bartenders with new list of drinks juices… so much fun!
Late Night will focus on getting your sims out of the house and into the nightlife at various clubs throughout the brand-new town of Bridgeport, which was modeled after both the bohemian city of San Francisco and the home of tinseltown, Los Angeles. These clubs include anything from lowly dive bars to the trendiest of the venues, where the bouncers only let in the social elite. Late Night will have a “hotspot” system that highlights which of the town’s clubs will be the most crowded and which will be flat-out empty.

And all I can say is I LOVE IT! It’s still low resolution for now, but I can’t wait to see the beauty in my hands.
