Plasticbox has been releasing so many new things for TS3 these day that I wish s/he never stops! Lovely things are these, I can tell.
Here’s a simple, oldfashioned stove – technically it’s a fireplace, but without bells and wistles. Sims can use it like a fireplace, i.e. light a fire and poke it. It costs 480§ in game and is in the Build mode catalogue > Fireplaces.
Clutter-a-holic brings some great downloads today: two new fireplaces and some stockings. The first fireplace seems to be cloned from TS3, has a few working slots for clutter and 16 recolors. The second fireplace has no recolors yet, but is recolorable. And the stockings–they’re just fabulous! 
This is not really a minty-fresh download, but I found it interesting enough to mention it. These are some simple roof edgers for Apartment life and Mansion & Garden Stuff (both required) for your Sims’s… well, roofs.
Each set has 3 pieces, an inside corner, an outside corner, and a straight piece. They move up & down with AL, and can be moved lower to use with either stages and/or half walls; they can even go all the way to the ground to be used as ground fencing. And compared to most fencing these are quite low poly.
Can you see what I can? Yes, the stairs! I don’t remember me being this excited about some stairs for a long long time. I used to use HolySimoly’s stairs all the time, but these look very special. I love the glass, the modern look and everything about them. The two new meshes come in four various wood colors.
Ahh, is it just me who loves when Holy Simoly! updates? I’m sure I’m not. The site now brings new stairs that will go perfectly with the “Mountain Retreat” set. Simply perfect for anyone with Bon Voyage and folks who like a bit more rustic stuff.
This is such a loveable set! Stairs are one of the most neglected parts about Buy Mode. Why? Because of their limited colors, of course! HugeLunatic solved it–there are four “new” stairs that will override the original files and that will make them recolorable. Awesome!
As simple as it might be, the creator of this download wanted the Maxis roof trims to be white, not gray. And voilà, here it comes: new defaults for all roofs except Bon Voyage.

Maxis Art Nouveau Modular Stairs from the Base Game now made recolorable. I have made them recolorable, and have included one black/metal recolor. The color also matches the Linear Eloquence Fence which was used as my inspiration color combo.
Also includes a fence and gate. The fence is a new clone (only way to recolor fences) but the original mesh is by nihilin as well as the gate mesh. You must have the gate mesh if you want my black gate recolor!! The fence by nihilin is optional.
