I needed a simple apartment lot, that wasn’t too big and could accommodate large families. It’s nothing too fancy or intricate, but common areas are family friendly and (with kids doubled up in each bedroom) the apartments should comfortably house a family of 8, or at least I hope so…
Yay, I’m so happy Mocha has finally updated the site! Isn’t the new apartment block amazing?
Is it still winter in your game? Oh, good, because this apartment lot is all about the Christmas athmosphere and white snow falling from the sky. I love that it’s (almost) all Maxis and I think the Christmasy decorations look really nice. Nothing too overwhelming and eccentric, which I like. 
I scream, I scream, we all want ice-cream! Even Sims want some ice-cream, whether you believe it or not.
The Ice Cream Parlor includes a dining area, order counter, restrooms and kitchen. There are six 1-bedroom/1-bathroom apartments. Each is painted in neutral tones and unfurnished except for the kitchen and bath. This is only a community lot and the Apartment Life expansion is not needed to play it. To play it as an apartment you will need to add the AL doors and change the lot zoning.
I’m always so thrilled to visit Sims Urbania and see there’s a new update! This time it’s a new apartment lot, furnished with CC and landscaped, too. Looks really gorgeous and you should see the rooms!
Sims Urbania brings a new apartment lot with nice indoor pool and fitness center. It’s unfurnished, but nicely landscaped. Some CC included. What I love about it so much is the industrial feel it has. If you furnish it with modern furniture, it will be just outstanding!
Grungy, destroyed and urbanistic. Honestly, I would be worried to be at this place at night, but I don’t think your Sims should be worried. The worst things erm creatures they can meet are vampires, zombies and werewolves. Okay, I take it back. They should be worried. 
First of all, I know this is not a terraced house at but something happened to my vocabulary and I just won’t think of the right word to name this house correctly. Nevertheless, this apartment lot is perfect! Only for two families with separate backyards and greenery. Love it!
Oh my plumbob, I really love love love this apartment lot! It’s one of the most perfect ones I’ve seen so far! I know that there’s been a few of them at Sims Urbania already, but this one really touched me. I love the windows, I love the balconies, I love everything. More info and downloadlink here!
One of the latest Sims Urbania’s additions is this new apartment lot with working shops, called Malibu Court. You’ll need a hack to make the shops fully-functional, though. (It’s listed with other CC.)
The MetroSubs building is four stories with the restaurant on the ground floor and three apartments above. MetroSubs includes restrooms, manager’s office and employee break area. Each floor is an unfurnished two bedroom, one bathroom apartment with a den and great room living/dining area.
Here comes another mixed apartment and business lot and I really think it’s more than just great! You’ll need a hack for that though, all needed links included with the download.
