Spring4Sims – The Best Finds, Downloads & Hints for Your Sims

I’m in love with this Christmas Tree Farm. It’s such a good idea, I haven’t seen anything like this before.

The Christmas Tree Farm consists of two lots–a residential lot farmhouse and a community lot tree farm business. Sitting side-by-side they form one large ‘farm’ lot.

The MetroSubs building is four stories with the restaurant on the ground floor and three apartments above. MetroSubs includes restrooms, manager’s office and employee break area. Each floor is an unfurnished two bedroom, one bathroom apartment with a den and great room living/dining area.

Here comes another mixed apartment and business lot and I really think it’s more than just great! You’ll need a hack for that though, all needed links included with the download.

The shabby chic style really suits to Lifestyle for Sims, because Tanja is so good at making lots like these! You can see that yourself when you download her new lot.

This is pretty amazing download I think. The church interior looks detailed, the lot includes a small cemetery and also a flower shop. Worthy download, in my opinion.

Don’t you just love junk food? Well, who doesn’t? I really do but try to avoid it, but despite that I couldn’t resist today and dropped by at KFC for Chinchen Strips and Garden Salad. Yum! And I just can’t deprive my Sims of this pleasure, too! With this lot, they can eat as much as junk food as they wish.

Bo0nsai brings a very cute bakery for our Sims. I love having a bakery as a business in my game (it’s a never ending story, actually) and this one may just find itsself home in my ‘hood.

Sims Crossings brings a beautiful Spring theme for everyone who can’t wait for Spring. Yes, I can’t wait for Spring, too, and it’s not because of my nickname. The theme includes lots of lots, Maxis recolors, beddings and more.
