How about something for kids? The new kid’s shop is just awesome. It’s fully furnished with toys and furniture to buy. And the building looks very nice, too!

Have you ever seen a cuter shop than this one? Neither did I. I attempted to create a really nice toy-shop for a few times, but I don’t thing it looked as good as this one.

This tiny residential lot comes with a cute bookshop. With enough space for one Sim, it creates a peaceful home for singles who are ready to start their own business.

Let me tell you I’m a sucker for small bakeries. Hopefully I’ll have one one day, but before I buy it, this could be a great substitute.

I’ve been holding this community lot for quite some time and now I’m finally giving it for everyone to download. It’s not made by me, but by one of Spring4Sims’ reader – Larissa. She’s decided to share it on my blog and I’m really happy to upload it.
