Dormitories are so rare! I know that many people actually didn’t like University too much, but with all EPs, I think it can be a lot of fun. Now this lot looks absolutely stunning. It’s for the high-society students, like Frances J. Worthington III, you know. 
The Luxury Beta Dorms by Eloissa @ MTS are just that – luxurious! I can’t even imagine how long this must have taken to build, but it definitely paid off! My sims are really enjoying their college education, now. And make sure you check out her other uploads! I could populate a whole neighborhood with her architecture.
Dorms seem to be so rare and there’s always some space for one that is a bit more historical-oriented. You can download this lovely dorm from Gethane Sims to enjoy!
