Dormitories are so rare! I know that many people actually didn’t like University too much, but with all EPs, I think it can be a lot of fun. Now this lot looks absolutely stunning. It’s for the high-society students, like Frances J. Worthington III, you know.

The Luxury Beta Dorms by Eloissa @ MTS are just that – luxurious! I can’t even imagine how long this must have taken to build, but it definitely paid off!
