One can’t go wrong with cosy and modern, right?
The house is on a 20×20 lot. It cost just around 20.000 § so it is not too expensive – of course that is with out any furniture at all. It got 2 bed rooms and 3 bathrooms.
Another great download inspired by 50’s. Seriously, I think the midcentury downloads are the best around there, I just can’t quite put my finger on why they always come out so good.

OMG, this is just what I’ve been looking for! A genius house, let me tell you. I really love it, it’s perfect for the beachside.
This house is one of the best I’ve seen in a while. I love how if looks from the outside, which is always very important to me, and has the nice country feeling to it.
