I don’t know how beatdoc does this, but the lots she creates are beyond everything I’ve ever seen. I like simple lots and small houses, to be exact, and hers are always so perfectly furnished and landscaped. An also, no CC included, which saves me a lot of time cleaning things up. I don’t like somebody elses downloads, I’m a die-hard picky downloader. Ohh this just pleased me so much! Thanks to Keely for beatdoc’s site link. :)
