I’ve gone through and made all traits (except for great kisser, and hidden traits) available for babies and toddlers. I think this is a great idea for predistination, like say, you want this baby or this toddler to grow up to be a computer whiz, or an angler. Also included is all facial idles with the traits. I decided not to include the reward objects, because I wasn’t sure how toddlers and babies could use them, and still retain their toddler or baby animations.

W suggested me to post these great underwear/defaults, so I’m partly doing him a favor, but at the same time I think it’s something so cool that everyone should definitely know about. Yes, most of us don’t like the terrible Maxis textures. Now they look delicious!

This might be a bit unusual, but here are some defaults for your cute little penguins. Honestly, I don’t remember how the original eyes looked liked, but I really like these–they look enough natural to me and I think that’s quite important.

The second part of Mood Boosters is here. Not only these will get your Sims in a better mood, the objects also look very nice. Like the milkbox, yay! I drink milk aka cocoa almost everyday, so my Sims would appreciate this, too.

Acorn Bend is a new town located between majestic mountains. Since the roads are often long, winding, and precariously perched among the jagged mountain sides, they are the path less traveled. Here in Acorn Bend, main means of access are via canal.

Using Criquette’s neighborhood decorations is such a good idea for making new ‘hoods. I would download it, but I know I would never fully use it due to lack of time. But it sure must be a lot of fun to bring some new Sims there.

I really can’t remember the last time I’ve seen a very decent CAS! screen. I’m ok with H&M, although it’s not my favorite shoppnig brand. However, I loved it for The Sims 2. I think it was one of the best stuff packs, because the store objects looked modern and the clothes were based on perfect meshes. If you loved it too, then you might consider this CAS! screen.

Anyone who hates the glowing vending machines in Apartment Life? Actually, I liked the glow, but I’m sure there will be a few people who don’t feel the same way about it. If you’re in this group, then visit wgroome’s minisite to download the fix.

This is one of the download I truly wish to have in The Sims 3. I miss all the fancy creatures in my game so much, especially vampires, werewolves and plantsims. Witches were cool, but somehow I liked the rest more than them… Anyway, speaking of witches, with this small mod now available at Parsimonious, it’s never been easier to create them. Just drink the right potion and make your Sims become a witch… or warlock! Also, the Altar of Elements has been updated as well.

Here it is, the long-awaited Custon Prop Hack that will allow your Sims to use various decorative objects. This is more than just cool! This is something that not only average players will love, but it will be useful for storytellers and moviemakers as well.

The Custom Prop Hack, a collaborative project between myself and Adele, is available for download at MTS2. You must also download Adele’s placeable versions in order to use the hack.

Yumedust’s Eye Love eyeset is probably one of the more popular ones. But what I hear a lot of people complain about (and the reason I stopped using them) is the “black blob of doom” that happens when a sim’s eyes have too dark of a sclera, and they make a face like those pictured. However, I was absolutely tickled to find this set – it’s the same eyes, but on a lighter sclera (by Anva)! So for those of you who really enjoy sims’ “crazyfaces”, this is the eyeset for you!

There are three lots to start off the new section done in a style she calls New Orleans acid steampunk.  Whatever it is, it works!  You’ll find two residential lots and a reworking of her Concerts In The Park.  The original Concerts In The Park is available by request in the Neighborhood 99 POBS.

For the tamer at heart, she also has an all Maxis updating of her California Spread.  It can be found inMaxis Only – Residentail – Over §20,000.  The original California Spread can be found in the archives.

While this list does have a bunch of Anglo-Saxon names, I also threw in Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, Indian, Arabic, Hebrew/Biblical, French, Irish, German, Polish, Swedish/Dutch, Italian, Greek–pretty much everything you can possibly think of. You will get some funky combinations with this mod, so if you don’t like some of the things you get with the Maxis pool (like Solveig Chin), it probably isn’t for you. If you run an extremely multicultural neighborhood like I do, though, or at least enjoy out of the ordinary names, this will be more your speed.

Something for those with Seasons EP: if you hate that your Sims make a group meal and put it in the fridge as a group meal, you can change that now. This hack will allow you to put group meals as single plates. Sounds simple, but I find it very useful.

Do your Sims belive in their wishes? They certianly should! This new mod allows them to make their wishes come true. It requires Free Time, because it uses parts of the Genie lamp. Also, the higher your aspiration, the bigger chance to make your wishes come true.

If you have Celebration Stuff, it works for the birthday cakes, too. The wishes are: wealth, long life, beauty, cheating the death and more. Look here for more details.

This is really awesome! I remember some really cool pictures at Flickr of Superwoman and other comix-based characters and I think the artists had to have pretty hard time to repaint the Sims to make the perfect poses. Now they don’t have to care – the new “flying” poses will do the hard work for them.

As simple as it might be, the creator of this download wanted the Maxis roof trims to be white, not gray. And voilà, here it comes: new defaults for all roofs except Bon Voyage.

This is s mix-and-match set of default skintones made using Ninika’s Lovesong, which is absolutely gorgeous and which you can find here. You get to choose between 2 shades per default, so choose wisely, young padawan.

It’s so hard to find a base-game neighborhood since everyone has a lot or even all EPs. This one includes some nice modern houses and parks.

When I played the Sims 2, I was highly addicted to downloading 1-tile Maxis converted tables. Why? Because they take less space and make the rooms look much better and cozy. And now you can grab 9 of them! How cool is that?

These are the best defaults ever! Sphinx has made some replacements from Anva’s makeup and replaced the base-game and OFB eyeshadows. The best thing is they look perfect on both light and dark skintones.

The ConvertiWall program will change all walls, within a specified area on a lot, from one type of wall (Wall ID) to another. It can be used to create “foundation roofs”, which will reduce the price of modern homes with interesting roof lines. It can also be used to change brick foundation walls to normal walls, to allow windows and doors to be placed into “daylight” basement walls.

Dustfinger has separated five different Maxis shirts from H&M so now you can combine them with any bottoms you wish.

All in all there are 5 new meshes, 5 different shirt styles with their recolours.
Every mesh has a working fat morph and every shirt is bumpmapped.
